Notes:
1. Disc editing: click an existing disc to remove it; click an empty position inside the Petri dish to add a disc. Inhibition zones' markers can be resized by dragging with the mouse or finger.
2. For accurate detection, the Petri dish should be positioned centrally and photographed perpendicular to the surface, with the entire dish clearly visible, without cropped edges or inscriptions. The culture medium should be uniformly illuminated, without strong reflections, shadows, overexposed or blurred areas. The image should have sufficient resolution to ensure that even small and pale colonies are clearly visible. Avoid images in which the dish is tilted, the lighting differs significantly, or there is condensation, reflections, or objects within the analyzed area. Colonies should be nonpigmented, nonconfluent and grown on nonchromogenic media (i.e. Plate Count Agar / Nutrient Agar) without cracks or bubbles.
