Species description is based on a single isolate.
Gram-negative rods, 0.5-0.7 x 1.9-2.1 μm. Non-motile. Non-spore-forming.
Colonies on TSA plates are yellow pigmented, circular smooth and convex with entire
edges. Growth occurs at 10-40 ºC (optimum, 30 ºC), at pH 5-8 (optimum, pH 6) and
0-1% (w/v) NaCl (optimum 0%). Aerobic.
Isolated from soil in Diaoshuihu, Heilongjiang, China.
