Homotypic synonym:
Levilactobacillus enshiensis (Zhang et al. 2020) Zheng et al. 2020.
Gram-positive rods, 0.6-1.0 / 4.0-6.0 µm. Non-motile.
Colonies are white, convex, smooth, 1.7-3.1 mm in diameter after anaerobe
incubation at 30 ºC on MRS agar. Growth is weak on MRS agar. No growth at 15 ºC.
Can grow at 20-45 ºC, at pH 4.0-10.0 and 0-5% NaCl. Facultative anaerobic.
Isolated from Zha-Chili, China. Arsenic-resistant (10mM arsenate).
Undetermined.
