Species description is based on a single isolate.
Gram-positive cells showing a rod-coccus cycle. Non-motile. Non-spore-forming.
Colonies on TSA incubated at 28 ºC are circular, convex and pale yellow, opaque,
with a smooth surface. Growth occurs at 10-37 ºC (optimum at 28 ºC), pH 6-9
(optimum at pH 7), and in the presence of 0-3% (w/v) NaCl (optimum at 0%). Aerobic.
Isolated from forest soil collected from the Zhangjiajie city, Hunan, China .
Undetermined.
